So what's involved?
Below is an overview of each stage of accreditation:

An overview of LSI stages

Foundations Workshop

Personally experience the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI)

Your accreditation journey starts here. The LSI looks at 'why I do what I do' and 'how I do what I do'. It is great for building self-awareness and increasing personal effectiveness and satisfaction. This is an experiential workshop where you will complete your own LSI and receive feedback from others. It will provide you with the opportunity to experience the LSI from a participants perspective while also allowing you to develop yourself both personally and professionally.

Getting the most out of teams with the Group Styles Inventory (GSI)

The GSI is the only research-based tool of its kind that provides a proven, valid, and reliable measure of how people in groups interact with each other and work as a team. You will have the opportunity to experience the GSI as part of group breakouts during this workshop, to better understand the styles experienced by the group.

The Foundations Workshop is divided into 4 half day workshops over 2 weeks.

Technical Workshop

Develop your knowledge of debriefing skills

In the second workshop you will learn the technical ins and outs of the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) to get the most out of the reports and handle any questions that may arise when using the tool. You will practise with real data from a nominated client, who will complete their own LSI and nominate others to provide feedback on them. This data will be collected prior to the workshop so that it is ready for you to analyse and interpret.

After this initial training you will be able to launch and debrief LSI projects. You will not become an accredited practitioner however until you complete the following requirements within 6 months of completing the technical workshop.

The Technical Workshop is a 2 day program.
