Life Styles InventoryTM & Group Styles InventoryTM Workshop (Foundation Accreditation)
Your accreditation journey starts here. Learn how to use the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) to coach individuals to achieve greater performance and satisfaction. The LSI looks at ‘why I do what I do’ and ‘how I do what I do’ and is great for going beyond emotional intelligence by building self-awareness and increasing personal effectiveness. You’ll also learn how to use the Group Styles Inventory™ to develop Constructive team behaviours, which lead to better group decision-making.

Impact Workshops
The Impact diagnostics examine ‘how I cause others around me to behave’. These diagnostics are specially designed for you to coach leaders and managers to understand how their actions cause the people around them to behave. Leadership/Impact® is tailored to the people who set the strategy and direction for the business. Management/Impact™ is tailored to the managers of the teams who execute the strategy. The Impact accreditations build on the foundation accreditation in Life Styles Inventory™/Group Styles Inventory™.

Culture Workshop
An organisation’s culture is the way in which members believe they are expected to behave in order to fit in and get things done. These expectations come from the explicit and implicit messages the organisation sends through its systems, structures and ways of working. Learn how to quantify organisational culture to drive engagement and performance. You will also learn how to identify what is causing the culture to be the way it is and which levers you can pull to purposefully shape the desired culture. The Culture accreditation builds on the foundation accreditation in Life Styles Inventory™/Group Styles Inventory™.
