At the Human Synergistics Australia & NZ conference yesterday, it was inspiring to hear from companies such as McCain Foods, Inghams Group Limited, and ARN about their culture change journeys. Culture Achievement Awards

Each year at our Culture & Leadership Conference, we announce and celebrate the Cultural Achievement Awards, recognising organisations that have demonstrated excellence in culture transformation and sustainability. Based on results from the Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI), two key awards are presented: the Constructive Culture Award, for organisations achieving a Constructive Culture on their first measure, and the Culture Transformation and Sustainability Award, for those that have created or sustained a Constructive Culture on a subsequent remeasure.
