Insights from The Way We Work: State of the Nation Report 2025
Starting the year with a bang, our report surveyed over 70,000 LSI participants across Australia and New Zealand to better understand the state of work, wellbeing and organisational support.
Based on five years of LSI data, the Way We Work Report highlights key trends in gender, wellbeing and workplace satisfaction. While men and women report similar overall satisfaction, women consistently rate lower in stress management, and gender imbalance persists at senior levels. Australians and New Zealanders show high satisfaction with family life but lower with leisure and health, pointing to ongoing work-life balance challenges.
These insights reinforce what we at Human Synergistics have long seen: sustainable performance and engagement are powered by constructive culture, supported leadership and thinking that connects to real people.
The Launch of LSI Digital
In October we introduced LSI Digital – the next evolution of our flagship Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) experience. The new interface delivers interactive dashboards, micro-learning modules, and truly personalised development journeys. It’s not just a makeover; it’s a significant game-changer for individuals, coaches and organisations who want self-awareness and behavioural change to translate into measurable results. Conference Takeaways & Insights
Our 27th Annual Culture & Leadership Conference in Sydney and Melbourne drew in a fantastic turnout again this year and delivered powerful insights across leadership, culture and change. Key takeaways were;

I also want to make a special mention of Corinne Canter, who after more than two decades with Human Synergistics, is stepping into a new chapter. Corinne’s contribution to our clients, practitioners and internal teams has been profound. Her belief in the power of self-awareness, her leadership insight and her deep care for people have shaped so much of what we do today. We’re delighted that Corinne will continue to collaborate with us, and we look forward to many more shared moments of impact ahead.
Looking ahead to 2026 (and beyond)
We move into 2026 with energy. The foundation we’ve built together this year has been strong. Our focus remains: supporting leaders, teams and organisations to think and behave constructively so they can deliver on purpose, people and performance.
