We would like you to participate in one of our guest speaker sessions. Your experience and thought leadership in culture and leadership, combined with other business leaders, means we can showcase a diverse dialogue focusing on current industry topics and challenges in sustaining culture in an ever-changing climate.
Sharing your story not only supports our community, but can also support your employee engagement and showcases your brand to your customers and prospective talent. Clients in the past have found it a good opportunity to demonstrate their (employee and client centric) focus for building positive workplaces and organisational culture.

The 2025 Culture & Leadership Conference
Our annual conference is an opportunity to showcase individuals and organisations who have a story of
growth to tell – one that can be shared and celebrated.
It is also an opportunity to demonstrate firsthand how CULTURE and LEADERSHIP assist
in building positive workplaces.
Dates & Venues:
Sydney: 27 August 2025 (ICC, Plenary Theatre)
Melbourne: 4 September 2025 (MCEC, Plenary 3)
Audience: 2000+ expected attendees including HR leaders, accredited coaches, executives, and CEOs.
We’re thrilled to have you on board! To make your experience smooth and stress-free, we’ve put together a helpful Speaker Guide that outlines everything you need to know. It includes key dates and deadlines—like when to confirm your participation, send your headshot and bio, finalise your slides, and arrange travel and accommodation.
You’ll also find useful tips on how to shape your presentation, use visuals effectively, and meet technical requirements for a polished delivery. Plus, we offer full support with things like presentation filming, interviews, coordination contacts, and access to data that helps you highlight your organisation’s culture and leadership success. We’re here to help you shine so please be in touch should you have any concerns.
Purpose of the Conference

Inspire through real-world experiences in constructive culture transformation.
Speaker Details
Speaking Format: TEDx-style, 20–25 minutes. If two people are presenting in the same session, please feel free to apportion time share between you.
Focus Areas: Culture transformation, leadership development, business impact.
Style Guidance: Visually compelling presentations
(suggested: 16:9, 70/30 visual-to-text ratio, <20 slides).
Filming & Promotion
All sessions will be professionally filmed.
Optional short testimonial videos to be recorded in Sydney on conference day.
Speakers may be featured in Human Synergistics’ marketing materials with your permission.
Key Deliverables & Deadlines
- Please confirm participation and supply headshot + bio as soon as possible.
- Advise if travel and 1-night accommodation (covered for interstate speakers) required by 30 June 2025.
- Advise if you are able to commit to filming a testimonial on the day by
30 June 2025. - It would be great if you could notify if AV additional support is required on the day or a practice run is needed by 20 August 2025 .
- Please submit your presentation (PowerPoint in 16:9 + notes in Word) by 20 August 2025.
- All other key deliverables in the guide attached.
