Impact Accreditation FAQ
Do I need to be accredited in LSI before I can do Impact?
Yes. LSI accreditation is a prerequisite for Impact accreditation as it builds on top of the model. Learn more about LSI/GSI Accreditation.
Do I need coaching or psychology qualifications?
No. You don’t need to be a psychologist. The course assumes experience in leadership, coaching, or development work.
What's the difference between LSI and Impact?
LSI measures an individual’s own thinking and other’s perceptions of their behaviour. Impact measures how they motivate others to behave as a result of their leadership.
Can I use the tools right away?
Yes – once accredited, you gain full access to the platform, tools, and support materials.
Is there ongoing suport post accrditation?
Yes. We have regular Professional Development events for Accredited Practitioners. We also have a playlist from our Culture Bites Podcast with a number of episodes for accredited practitioners. There are also videos, presentations, and others resources inside the Accredited Practitioner Portal.
Can my company get a private accreditation programme?
Yes. We can do Inhouse Accreditation programmes for 6 or more participants. Contact us about arranging an Inhouse Accreditation.
