Culture Accreditation FAQ
Do I need prior qualifications?
No. You don’t need to be a psychologist. We recommend it for professionals experienced in leadership, coaching, or development work.
Can I use the tools right away?
Yes – once accredited, you gain full access to the platform, tools, and support materials.
Do I need to complete LSI Accreditation prior?
No, LSI Accreditation prerequisite is no longer required for Culture Accreditation.
Is there ongoing support post accreditation?
Yes. We have regular Professional Development events for Accredited Practitioners. There are a number of events specifically for recently accredited coaches including LSI: The Value of Self and Debrief Your Debrief. We also have a playlist from our Culture Bites Podcast with a number of episodes for LSI and GSI accredited practitioners. There are also videos, presentations, and others resources inside the Accredited Practitioner Portal.
Can my company get a private accreditation programme?
Yes. We can do Inhouse Accreditation programmes for 6 or more participants. Contact us about arranging an Inhouse Accreditation.
