Peter Knoblanche

Having just retired from Rabobank (the world’s leading Food and Agriculture Bank), Peter is an experienced CEO and Director with a passion for connecting business drivers to a greater purpose, actively contributing to growing a better world and ensuring sustainable production of food and agriculture. He is skilled in banking, business strategy, management and governance, financial and non-financial risk, and building and maintaining culture.

He has 39 years of international banking and management experience gained in ANZ Banking Corporation, HSBC and Rabobank, covering corporate banking, trade and commodity finance, structured commodity finance, retail banking, treasury, operations, and management. His 27 years at Rabobank focused on the food and agriculture sectors (the full value chain) in Australia and New Zealand, while the later years also focused on Rabobank’s Global operations and clients.


Nicole Gower

Vice-President, Professional Services, Macquarie University

An experienced senior executive with specialisation in Corporate Services, People & Culture, Organisational Transformation, Sales & Marketing and Technology. A strong track record in building engaged and service-focused teams with a strong focus on CX. Known as a down-to-earth, persuasive leader and a passionate advocate for equity and inclusive culture.
Industry expertise in Higher Education, Financial Services and Professional Services with a complementary portfolio of non-Executive Director appointments, including one of Australia's largest and most celebrated superannuation funds.

Todd Saunders

Executive General Manager – Australia & New Zealand, Sanitarium The Health Food Company

Todd is currently Executive General Manager – Australia & New Zealand, for Sanitarium Health Food Company, a FMCG manufacturing and distribution business known for such brands as Weet-Bix, Up&Go, So Good and The Alternative Dairy Company.
Sanitarium Health Food Company has revenue of circa $800M, and Todd’s duties encompass all of the operations of the Australian and New Zealand food businesses. This role has been held since January 2011. Previous to this Todd held the role of Strategic Planning and Development Manager from September 2009 to December 2010.
Todd gained his manufacturing experience with the Sanitarium Health Food Company, progressing through the finance ranks to become the company’s youngest General Manager – Commercial at age 29. Todd also held business unit general management and management accounting roles with Sanitarium, in factories and distribution centres, throughout the 1990's.

Peter Hartnett

General Manager, People and Culture for Sanitarium The Health Food Company

Peter Hartnett is the General Manager People and Culture for Sanitarium The Health Food Company, a 100% Australian owned company with 125 years of history and manufacturer of some of Australia's favourite breakfast brands including Weet-Bix, Up & Go & So Good.
With over 28 years working in the human resources field, Peter has been with Sanitarium for the last 13 years and has provided the framework to help create a culture that has allowed the business to adapt to a rapidly changing food manufacturing landscape in Australia as well as grow the business in other key areas and position it for a disruptive world.
Peter holds a Bachelors Degree in Business, Masters in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. In 2016 Peter was privileged to have won the Australian HR Awards HR Director of the year and credits this to the team that surrounds him.

Corinne Canter

Head of Consulting, Human Synergistics Australia

Corinne is a senior consultant, facilitator and coach with Human Synergistics Australia. Corinne’s experience in leadership and organisations comes from over 25 years in leadership roles in Operations and Human Resources working in telecommunications, finance and construction industries. She is a published author on leadership, culture and innovation.
In 2012 she was Program Director and co-research lead investigating the “Science of Aha” with the University of Technology Neuroscience Research Unit investigating how to teach leaders to increase their capacity for new and innovative thinking leading to more Aha! moments. Corinne’s passion is helping leaders create impactful collaborative teams.

David Byrum (MC)

General Manager/Director Human Synergistics Australia

David has over 25 years of industry experience across all sectors, including executive leadership roles with Human Synergistics and Kepner Tregoe. His partnerships focus on enhancing the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and business processes to enhance organisational culture and bottom-line performance. David fulfills the role of coach and trusted advisor to individuals and teams at an executive level to enhance their awareness and develop action plans that support the use of constructive behaviors. He is an accomplished project manager, as well as an accredited practitioner and master trainer for all methodologies and diagnostics associated with Human Synergistics and Kepner Tregoe.
