Who is Accreditation for?
Accreditation FAQ:
Do I need to be Accredited in LSI/GSI before I can do Culture?
No. We now use self-paced online modules to build you base level understanding of the Human Synergistics Circumplex so you can jump straight into Culture.
Do I need to be Accredited in LSI/GSI before I can do Impact?
Yes. Currently LSI accreditation is the prerequisite before applying for Impact accreditation.
Do I need to be a psychologist or have formal qualifications?
You don’t need to be a psychologist. We look for experience in leadership development, coaching, or cultural change.
Is this recognised globally?
Yes – our tools are used in over 30 countries and trusted by Fortune 500 companies, government, and not-for-profits.
How long is the training?
Depending on which accreditation – it ranges from 1-3 days of workshop training along with some self paced online modules.Â
