MasterCard Worldwide is a leading global credit card payments company.
The Organisational Culture Inventory™ (OCI) and Leadership/Impact™ (L/I) were used to develop individual, team and company wide plans focusing on achieving the behavioural change needed to move MasterCard towards its preferred culture. Additionally, systems, structures and symbols were redesigned to align with the preferred culture, so that positive behaviour would be reinforced.
As a result of this focussed effort, MasterCard Australia increased its market share of total credit cards in Australia from 29% to 40% between 2002 and 2005.
