The Cultural transformation challenge

When we ask organisations what type of culture they want, and then measure what type of culture they've got, there is a large discrepancy. Senior Consultant in Wellington, Pam Wilson, will briefly explain `How Culture Works' and articulate the challenge facing organisations in transforming their culture to be more effective.
