Making Our World a More Social Place
It wasn't always the case. After initial successful expansion into Australia and China from NZ in the early 1990s, revenue, profits and market share started to decline in the mid 1990s. In response Lion Nathan entered into an organisational transformation process that today sees them performing very well across a number of measurment criteria. Bob Barbour has been a key driver of that change process as initially the Director of HR for Australia (5 years) and now as People & Culture Director for Lion Nathan covering the businesses in Australia and New Zealand (9 years). Bob will speak to us about the process and results of the Lion Nathan transformation.
