Since 1970, Human Synergistics has been helping individuals, groups and organisations achieve outstanding growth through research based feedback.

The body of data we have collected over this time demonstrates that significant organisational transformation is possible, given the right conditions. This year we have partnered with Professor Dexter Dunphy to undertake a major research study which identifies how organisations can transform their cultures and the importance of change agents in this process.

This conference goes beyond the theories about organisational change and uses the research results to provide practical examples about how to effect lasting change and build a constructive culture that supports business goals and the Human Synergistics vision of transforming the world, one organisation at a time.
