The 5th Australian Culture and Leadership
Conference proved a great success. Over 1000 delegates attended in Sydney
and Melbourne to hear the latest international research and inspiring
culture change case studies. The presentations shown at the Conference are

reveal the causal factors that drive culture and the impact of culture
on individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole.

other leaders around the world?" Dr Rob Cooke and Dr Janet Szumal
addressed this question by presenting findings on leadership and
effectiveness based on descriptions of 4,950 managers from at least 6
different countries.
