The 2nd Australian Conference on Culture and Leadership The 2nd Australian Conference on Culture and Leadership 2000 was a resounding success. In today's changing environment, we were privileged to have leading companies such as AMP and Telstra share their experiences on being adaptive. Our international organisational experts Robert Cooke Ph.D. and Janet Szumal Ph.D. enthralled us with their latest research on organisational culture and the factors that contribute to culture. Their data on the "Electronic Disintegration of Interpersonal Processes" regarding virtual teams shows that Human Synergistics remains on the leading edge. Our thanks and appreciation are extended to Belinda Curtis of AMP, Judy Slatyer and Jeff Stirling of Telstra and Vaughan Felton of Vaughan Felton Associates. Thank you to all the participants. We look forward to future relationships that ultimately contribute to the performance of Australia. Downloadable resources from the Conference
Speaker Notes and Biographies
Accolades and Appreciation "I particularly enjoyed Rob and Janet's revelations on Culture Bypasses and Attribution Theory - fascinating! Shaun was, as always, a delight to listen to." - Axis People Development Facilitators "Congratulations on another enlightening conference. Our clients were very happy they invested the time and commented on how valuable it was. It is also appreciated in our money hungry society that Human Synergistics put it on for free. Thank you to all of the Human Synergistics team for 'modeling the model'." - Achievement Concepts "I wanted to ... let you know how fantastic l thought the conference was last Friday. I thought that it was the best one I had been to and the quality of the speakers was excellent. I have come away from there a much more knowledgeable person... Rob Cooke was an exceptional speaker and l could have listened to him all day, what a great presenter.
