Richard Harding brings 35+ years’ experience in strategic change, including CEO and MD roles. He specialises in turning around underperforming organisations through cultural renewal and clear strategy. Notably, he led reform at NSW’s icare in 2021. Now, he shares his leadership insights through board roles and Forefront Leadership.
