He specialises in turning around underperforming organisations through cultural renewal and clear strategy. Notably, he led reform at NSW’s icare in 2021. Now, he shares his leadership insights through board roles and Forefront Leadership.
Robyn Rodrigues is a People & Culture leader with 15+ years’ experience driving cultural transformation and leadership impact.
