Cultural Change Targets
The culture profiles derived from using the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI)
are used to assess the gap between the preferred and actual operating
cultures.

The gap analysis allows detailed planning for
identifying which behavioural norms have not enough constructive or too much
defensive influence and which behavioural norms need to be more encouraged
to move towards the preferred culture.
Once these cultural change targets have been identified,
the next step is to identity what now must be done - identifying the levers
for change.
