Recycle Test - action - retest...a process of identifying current state, using this to identify improvements, implementing change strategies, then re-measuring to assess the impact of these strategies and progress towards the objective is fundamental to any research or measurement model. Given our commitment to research and our belief in the importance of measurement, it is simply part of our methodology that, having measured once, you will want to assess progress. We recommend re-measuring culture after approximately one year, to assess the impact of the change initiatives. Our client experience, including those of our accredited consultants, clearly shows that cultural change can be achieved. What's more, we have seen that change be reflected in improved performance at the individual, group and organisational levels.
