Highlights from our Sydney 2025 Culture & Leadership Conference

The energy in the room was clear, participants left inspired, challenged, and equipped with new ideas to take back to their organisations. Across the VOX POP interviews, several strong themes emerged:

• Inspiration through stories: Attendees loved hearing real-life examples of how organisations are embedding Human Synergistics frameworks to drive sustainable cultural transformation. Many remarked how validating and motivating it was to hear from leaders on the same journey.

• Practical tools & frameworks: From the “S+T=R” formula to decision trees and the chrysalis-to-butterfly metaphor, participants valued the simple yet powerful tools they can immediately apply in their workplaces.

• Sustaining change: A recurring insight was the importance of not only shifting ways of working but revisiting the why and retesting progress to ensure impact over time.

• Leadership matters: Many walked away with a renewed focus on defining, empowering, and simplifying leadership so that organisations can align around clear, consistent goals.

• Culture as performance: Attendees were reminded that cultural transformation is not a one-off initiative, it’s a continuous journey. And in challenging times, culture is a powerful driver of performance and resilience.

Overall, participants described the conference as inspiring, practical, and energising – a chance to connect, learn, and recommit to the ongoing journey from good to great.
