Using The LSI + In Debriefs
The LSI + is a premium version of the diagnostic tool the LSI. It has been designed to help fast track ways of thinking and behaving while improving effectiveness in people’s roles. The inclusion of personal narratives used in the LSI + offers a combination of qualitative and quantitative feedback, giving leaders additional depth and insight into their areas for development.
