What does the AMA DISC™ survey Accreditation programme involve?

Participants complete the AMA DISC™ survey themselves and attend a one-on-one session (4 hours). This session equips participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to run AMA DISC™ programmes. Designed as an interactive session, participants experience first hand how AMA DISC™ feedback is managed. Ideas, simulations, exercises, notes and other powerful ways to create change are demonstrated using the participants' own feedback.

If building task and interpersonal effectiveness is important to you and your business, we recommend you become accredited to use The AMA DISC™ Survey. This includes consultants, learning and development specialists, trainers, facilitators, managers and change agents.

Those professionals already accredited through other DISC programs can attend a two hour professional development upgrade program and be able to use AMA DISC™ immediately. The cost is available on our pricing schedule.

2. Purchase AMA DISC™ Survey Kit
3. Purchase AMA D”I”SC Survey Facilitators Guide
4. Complete Survey and all sections of the Debriefing Guide
5. Read DISC Survey Comparison
6. 2 hour 1-0n-1 session with Barbara Harrison
7. Complete Exam and have marked by Barbara Harrison
8. Certificate Issued

Prior to the Upgrade accreditation workshop participants will be expected to complete the following:
