Stay Accredited
There are different Re-Accreditation requirements for
Accredited Practitioners and for the Master Accredited Practitioners.

-
Professional Indemnity Insurance. You are required to obtain professional indemnity insurance at a recommended cover level of AUS $10 million (minimum of AUS $1 million) and to maintain such cover during the currency of your Accreditation Deed (Terms and Conditions) with Human Synergistics®
-
Product Usage.
Individual instruments: three LSI1+2 or L/I per year. This can be done as a combination of instruments
(e.g. two LSI and one L/I).
Organisational instruments: one OCI/OEI intervention every 24 months.
-
Product Updates. Whenever there are changes or updates to current products all Accredited Practitioners must participate in an update event. These events may include face-to-face sessions as well as online delivery sessions.
-
“Master Class” Events. To maintain Master Accreditation you are required to participate in a series of Master Class events. These vary from year to year and are based on needs identified from within the Master Accredited Practitioner community.
-
Contribution to Accredited Community. The following are some examples of contributions: Volunteering to help facilitate (i.e. be on a team of facilitators); Offering to mentor newly Accredited Practitioners; Volunteering to assist in the debriefing of LSIs during the Reflective Practice workshop for people undertaking the Accreditation process.
