To supplement your practice we provide you with an extensive resource library on this website that includes a range of materials from research papers, case studies and articles, to comprehensive presentations that you can download and incorporate into your programmes.

Project Support and Customer Service

All Accredited Practitioners are assigned a dedicated Client Services Manager. This person is your key point of contact with Human Synergistics® and assists you in co-ordinating the administration of your Human Synergistics® project from beginning to end. In addition, there is a team of Human Synergistics® Consultants to provide more specific organisational development expertise.

Ongoing Research Data

Human Synergistics® is continually undertaking research in a range of industry sectors and this data is available to Accredited Practitioners. For example, if you work in the retail sector, you can request specific and relevant data for use in your programmes.

Ongoing Professional Development

Human Synergistics® runs an ongoing programme of professional development each year that allows Accredited Practitioners to deepen their knowledge and skills.

Annual Conference

Each year Human Synergistics® hosts the Australian Conference on Culture and Leadership. This is a free event and is both an excellent professional development opportunity as well as an ideal forum to bring senior management and/or clients to showcase the impact the Human Synergistics® tools have on improving leadership, culture and in turn performance. At this stage, the event is held in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Expert Advice and Partnering with Human Synergistics® Consultants

Human Synergistics® Consultants are also available to partner with Accredited Practitioners on projects. For example, if you need additional support in either selling (whether you are an internal or an external consultant) or conducting programmes, we are available to provide this service. This is a fee-for-service benefit.

Networking Opportunities

All Accredited Practitioners are listed on the Accredited Practitioner’s website, along with the tools that they are accredited in. We also run a series of forums that provide excellent opportunities to network with your colleagues.

On-line Learning Centre

The on-line learning centre enables Accredited Practitioners to learn about new products and other initiatives when you need to know.

On-line Bulletin Board

In addition, there is an on-line bulletin board for Accredited Practitioners so that everyone can share information and learnings with other members of the network on a need to know basis.

E-news

To ensure the network is up to date with relevant activities at Human Synergistics® - be it new research reports, media activities or company news - we distribute an E-newsletter. We also regularly email you with any relevant activities and events.

For Master Accredited Practitioners

Profile on the Human Synergistics® Public Website

Human Synergistics® is regularly asked for recommendations of external consultants. Master Accredited Practitioners are profiled on this website and recommended accordingly.

Project Support and Customer Service

In addition to the administrative support, Master Accredited Practitioners can also access the senior Human Synergistics® Consultants and other international expertise for support and advice on their projects.

Series of Master Classes

Master Accredited Practitioners are offered a series of Master Classes as an additional forum for their professional development.
