The 3rd New Zealand Conference on Culture & Leadership
The 3rd New Zealand Conference on Culture & Leadership (Keep Your Promises by Leading a Constructive Culture) was held in Wellington and Auckland in November 2007.
At this conference, we launched the CSSS (Customer Service Styles Survey) and explored the important role that culture and leadership plays in delivering a positive customer experience.
