Using the How Culture Works model, practical steps to change culture and achieve organisational effectiveness will be presented. A highlight of this conference will be the Australian launch of the Organisational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI). The OEI is a complementary diagnostic to the Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) that specifies the cultural levers necessary to change culture and enhance organisational performance. Rob and Janet have been recently recognised as international leaders in organisational culture development by the inclusion of their research in The Handbook of Organisational Culture and Climate.
