Shannon Young Consultant

A change management specialist, Shannon Young has more than 10 years experience in Australia and the United States.

Shannon has consulted to leading Australian companies in marketing, manufacturing, information technology and local government sectors to achieve significant organisational change. She has specialist industry knowledge of change management in finance, distribution, and retail sectors.

With four years experience in Human Synergistics in Sydney, Shannon has recently worked with a leading international organisation to achieve a significant reduction in turnover and recruitment costs through a tailored management coaching program. As a result, 33% of employees reported an improvement in the value of their performance review process.

All levels of organisations, from senior management to the front line have achieved results through her programs focusing on leadership/management, team development and organisational culture. She recently achieved significant results guiding the leadership team of a high profile finance organisation through a challenging restructuring program.

Shannon has achieved a BA, majoring in Operations and Human Resources, from Boston College in the United States and an MBA from the AGSM in Australia.
