Matthew Croxford Consultant
With in excess of 10 years International Management experience Matthew’s passion lies in the design and delivery of Integral programs that create organisational transformation. Operating across all levels within organisations Matthew’s approaches create momentum and change within individuals and teams. Specific areas of expertise include organisational culture change, leadership development, team building, group facilitation, action learning, change management, project management and executive coaching. Prior to joining Human Synergistics, Matthew spent five years in General Management and business turn-around roles for mid size consulting firms. Matthew studied at the Universities of Strathclyde and Paisley in his native Scotland and holds undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Management and Business IT respectively.
Matthew is Accredited in the full suite of Human Synergistics tools and as
an Executive Coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching, Australia
