Margherita has extensive expertise in organisational development both as an in-house consultant and a Director of her own successful consulting business. Her executive coaching and development approach focuses on how business leaders and their teams perceive, think and communicate with one another so that they are able to establish constructive and productive working relationships. Some of Margherita's major career highlights have seen her lead large change teams on multi-million dollar projects focused on operational efficiency. She has also provided expertise to senior management in introducing a team and empowerment culture. Margherita's effective facilitation style has seen her facilitate numerous senior executive strategic planning conferences to successful repeatable outcomes. Her approach to team effectiveness workshops have enabled dysfunctional teams to work more cohesively and effectively together. Margherita has a Master of Applied Science (Social Ecology - Organisational Development) from University of Western Sydney, has a Graduate Diploma of Business (Organisation Change & Development) from RMIT University and a Master of Educational Studies from Monash University.
