Corinne partners with individual leaders and their teams to increase organisational effectiveness and business performance.
Her expertise has been gathered over 20 years of challenging roles working in telecommunications, finance and construction. Real world experience at operational, executive and board levels enables her to create collaborative relationships with clients that produce effective roadmaps that relieve organisational pressure points, enhance performance and drive sustainable results.
Major career highlights include:
- Leading a major change and business performance improvement program for one of Australia’s leading telecommunication companies, including the integration of several different business divisions. (IT, Contact Centres, Engineering & Operations)
- Partnering with the Executive team of a national construction and facilities management company to develop organisational structures, business processes and employment branding throughout their four newly acquired businesses.
- Collaborating with the leadership team of a large organisation in the entertainment industry that has resulted in an increase in their internal leadership effectiveness measure by 15%.
- Co-Authoring Human Synergistics’ recently released book, “In Great Company”. The book documents the findings of a year long research project into unlocking the secrets of successful organisational cultural transformation.
Corinne has a Masters degree in Commerce (Organisational Behaviour & Industrial Relations) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Education from Macquarie University, and is currently enrolled in Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling .
