Margaret works with individuals and organisations to build organisational outcomes.  She combines a thorough knowledge and understanding of individual and organisational behaviour with extensive practical experience and considerable energy and enthusiasm.

In over 20 years as a consultant Margaret has worked with a wide range of clients in Australia and around the world.  Her clients have included professional services organisations, airlines and other service industries, financial institutions, manufacturing, public utilities and government.  She has worked with the most senior people in some of Australia’s largest organisations as well as with front-line staff and all levels in between.

Margaret has used the Human Synergistics measurement tools since 1995 and joined Human Synergistics Australia as the Senior Consultant and Victorian Manager in 2005.
