Justine Farrington Consultant Over the past 10 years, Justine has worked with a wide range of organisations, enabling them to perform more effectively in increasingly complex markets. Justine started her career in market research working for AC Neilson and CM Research (now NFO) in New Zealand. Working in both quantitative and qualitative roles, Justine took immense satisfaction from assisting enterprises grow customer value through applying customer insight. Much of her research was instrumental in developing successful marketing and service provision strategies. Justine's client base included financial, IT&T, utility and public sector organisations. Justine has consulted at different levels within client organisations and addressed a diversity of issues. Projects covered include change management advice, stakeholder consultation, brand and communications evaluation, culture change, leadership development, conflict resolution and team building, customer relationship strategy and service skills development, human resources process and people strategy. In moving to the UK in 1999, Justine wanted to focus her effort helping organisations effectively execute strategy. Working as a senior consultant with Quadrangle Consulting (a London management consultancy) allowed her to do this with some of the UK's leading blue chip organisations and Whitehall clients. Justine returned to New Zealand at the end of 2002. As a consultant with Human Synergistics, Justine has continued to help organisations perform more effectively by maximising the potential of their people. Since joining she has worked with a range of FMCG, IT&T, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and financial sector clients assisting them in developing their people and building constructive cultures. Justine has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Literature and Psychology (1st Class Hons) from Victoria University, Wellington.
