Since 1970, Human Synergistics has been achieving research based growth in individuals, groups and organisations that exceeds common expectations. Our emphasis on measuring the relationship between human behaviours and performance has allowed us to help people achieve self knowledge.

Self knowledge — be it in an individual, a group or an entire organisation — is the foundation step for performance and growth. It is not just a step, however — it is a leap — a breakthrough from the past to embrace the possibilities of the future.

Successful users of our Integrated Development System number in the millions internationally, with over 20,000 commercial and governmental organisations basing their developmental efforts on our tools. The Circumplex model (shown to the right) is the driving force behind this Integrated Development System.

Human Synergistics began operating in New Zealand in 1979 and in Australia in 1989 and now have offices in four major centres between the two countries. Our consultants work trans-Tasman and our network of over 1000 Accredited Consultants provide us with a database of individual, group and organisational behavioural variables that is unmatched in its depth and breadth.
